There seems to be a change in price and restocking problems on the supplier side.
For those who have ordered, I will not request for additional top-up.

After putting in the batteries, switch to ON and let it heat for about 30 seconds.

New Batch of Taiwan Sprees Cancelled

Stylelalicious would like to apologise for the cancellation of ALL Taiwan Sprees and will not be conducting any till further notice.

Due to the hectic school schedule, we have decided not to hold Taiwan Sprees for our own convenience, that is to save us the time in the compilations and calculations of the orders received. Also, we had a hard time contacting and chasing after suppliers for the orders, as well as refunding when items went out of stock.

Moreover, Nicholyn has expressed that she would like to pull out from this blogshop to concentrate on her studies, hence we have decided to withhold all Taiwan Sprees. As I might not be able to cope with the blogshop and my studies.

But to make up for this, Stylelalicious is looking into other suppliers within Singapore with instocks on hand to minimise the chances of your orders going out of stock. The arrival of these orders will be much faster then when ordering from Taiwan itself.

Special Note for Taiwan Orders

Stylelalicious is still willing to take in orders for Taiwan Sprees though we are not opening any. This means that if you see any items from any Taiwan Spree and would like to purchase it through us, we would still make an order for you.

However, you will need to make a purchase of at least 5 items before we process it for you. Refer to "Taiwan Sprees" page for more information on how to make an order.

Apologies to PG Mall 2 Spree-ers

Last but not least, Stylelalicious would like to apologise to those who participated in PG Mall Spree 2 for the delay in the arrival of the bags.

I believe Nicholyn has mailed the customers on the reason for the delay, however, it seems that she might have missed out a handful of the customers, hence I am hence to explain the reasons for the delay.

20 August, 07:19 - Orders Sent
22 August, 14:35 - PG Mall replied with most of the bags having to restock. Confirmation of orders.
22 August, 17:53 - Confirmed the orders & address with PG Mall.
16 September, 18:28 - Forwarded the previous mail dated 22 August twice to PG Mall requesting for a response.
(Between 22/08 - 16/09, Stylelalicious have been trying to contact PG Mall through the MSN service daily but do not see them online at all.)
18 September, 18:43 - PG Mall replied confirming the orders again.
18 September, 23:49 - Confirmed the orders.
23 September, 14:59 - PG Mall replied with the total amount to be sent over as well as the total number of items.
24 September, 02:44 - Confirmed orders and cleared doubts as there is a mistake made in the total number of items available.
26 September, 12:46 - PG Mall replied with the correct number of items and informing that another bag is OOS.
27 September, 18:39 - Acknowledged the information.
29 September, 19:54 - Notified PG Mall of the payment.
2 October, 09:36 - PG Mall acknowledged the information on mail dated 29 Sept.
7 October, 17:41 - PG Mall received payments. Bags restocking.
13 October, 21:18 - Notified PG Mall for the change in receiver's address as Nicholyn is shifting house.
16 October, 17:01 - PG Mall acknowledged the change in information dated 13 Oct. Replied with information on the status of the bags.
22 October, 19:32 - PG Mall notified us that the bags have been sent over.

The above was a summary of the correspondence from the supplier and our replies.

Stylelalicious wasn't expecting any restocking to occur as the supplier (before the TW flood) initially told Nicholyn he had everything already.
After which, he sent another list (18 Sept), telling Nicholyn that most of the items had to be restocked (this was after the TW Flood, communication was cut off from the supplier for about a week or so after the disaster - the period 22/08 - 16/09)

For the latest update, the bags have arrived in Singapore but I have yet to receive the items. Once I get hold of the parcel, I will mail out to all PG Mall spree-ers with regards to your option in a meet-up or postage.

Stylelalicious seeks your understanding in this matter as we too are extremely upset with the slow response of the supplier and having the customers chasing after us for their orders.

Stylelalicious would like to thank Ivy Goh, for trying to contact PG Mall and get a response from them for the delay in the orders. But that was when the supplier have regained their activity and have given us a reply. But nevertheless, we would like to express our gratitude to her for going the extra mile.

Stylelalicious apologies for the inactivity and late replies.

My laptop was sent for servicing and is not with me for about 2 weeks, hence I am unable to check the mails and reply you - spree-ers.

Ordering

1. Download and fill in the order form, which can be found on the right-most column on the page.

2. Only orders that are sent in the order form we provided will be processed.

3. We do not entertain any requests to fill in the order form for you. Kindly fill it in yourself.

4. However, you may contact us (MSN or E-mail) if you are lost at how to fill up the order form. We will guide you on how to fill it in.

5. We will not process order forms that are incomplete/ not properly filled in.

6. Strictly no changes for orders that are placed already, not even cancellation.

Payment

1. We accept: I-banking/ ATM Transfer/ Concealed Cash (At your own risk)

2. Payment to be made after 3 days from receiving Confirmation Email, for your items, from us.

3. Delay in payment (without notification) results in cancellation of your order + blacklisting on both our sites & our affiliates’.

4. 2nd Payments are only imposed when there is an extra freight charge and/or postage fees/delivery service charge.

5. Failure to make payment for 2nd payment would result in the retention of your item(s) and penalties imposed. Dead buyers would be blacklisted on both our site & our affiliates’.

Our Rights

1. We reserve the right to cancel any sprees that are low in demand.

2. We reserve the right to impose penalties upon any buyer when any of the rules stated here is broken.

Responsibility of Goods

1. We are not responsible for mistakes made by suppliers after consolidation.

2. We do not claim responsibility for goods damaged during shipping.

3. We are no longer responsible for your item the moment it is sent out to you via meet-up/ postage/ delivery service.

4. We do not refund for any damaged/ lost/ different item from your order.

Collection

Meet-up

1. Meet-up venues are strictly to our convenience.

2. If unable to meet-up, please select from either one of the other 2 alternatives: Postage or Delivery Service

3. A 5-minute grace period will be given from the initial agreed meet-up time. A SGD 1.00 fee penalty will be imposed for every subsequent 5-minutes after the grace period.

4. No carriers are provided, so please bring your own bag.

5. 2-hour notification in advance is required (via SMS/phone call only) if unable to meet-up at the agreed meet-up time.

6. Last minute back-outs will result in a penalty fee (depends on the time of notification).

7. The above-mentioned rules apply to us (the blogshop owners) as well. So if we’re late, we pay you. (:

1. Postage Rates are strictly according to SingPost’s Rates (Registered Mail/ Normal Mail).

Delivery Service

New Taiwan Spree Batch (Oct - Nov 08)

Dear Stylelalicious shoppers!

We have opened a new batch of Taiwan sprees, so do come have a look at them! This batch of Taiwan sprees will only last from Oct - Nov 2008.

We are trying out a new system where we will only open sprees for one month to cut down on OOS (so that you get what you want) and extra administrative work (so that we do less as well!).

How the one-month spree duration works
1. Sprees open only for a month.
2. Closes after a month, only when spree cap is achieved.
3. If spree cap is achieved before the one-month duration, spree will continue to take in orders.
4. After a month, if spree cap is not achieved, spree will only continue for two more weeks.

All Spree Statuses have been moved to the Spree Status page. Do check the various Spree Statuses from there. (:
